How ordering works

Everything about delivery days, confirming, delivery and paying, in one place.

    Choose your items

    Tap Add on what you need, select your delivery day, confirm your details, then send your order. No account needed.

    We confirm

    We’ll message you through your preferred contact method. Once confirmed, we’ll start sourcing your order.

  3. 3

    We pack with care

    We quality-check and carefully pack your items, ready for delivery.

  4. 4

    Pick up and pay

    Meet us at the agreed pick-up area. Payment is collected upon delivery.

Delivery days

We deliver every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Order before 7 PM the day before delivery. We need this time to plan our market run.

  • For Tuesday delivery, order before Monday 7 PM.
  • For Thursday delivery, order before Wednesday 7 PM.
  • For Saturday delivery, order before Friday 7 PM.

Missed the time? You can still order for the next delivery day. The order page only shows days that are open.

Confirming your order

We’ll message you on Facebook, Instagram, or your phone number to confirm your order. Only confirmed orders will be accommodated.

That is why the order form asks for your Facebook profile name or Instagram username. Please add any detail that helps us find you, such as your profile photo, username or profile link.

If we cannot confirm an order before the order cutoff for its delivery day, we cancel it. Nothing is charged.

Need to add or change something? Please message us instead of sending a second order. We keep one order per person for each delivery day.

Where we deliver

We deliver to your designated pick-up area. We’ll contact you once we arrive, so please be there to receive your order.

We deliver anywhere in Cebu, straight to your home, condo, office, or designated pick-up area.

Paying

Payment is collected upon delivery. We accept cash, GCash, and bank transfer. Your final total will be confirmed before delivery.

Items sold by weight

Weights may vary slightly depending on what’s available. We’ll match your selected amount as closely as possible, and your final price will be based on the actual weight received.

Item availability

All items are subject to availability. If something you ordered isn’t available, we’ll contact you directly before making any changes.

Delivery fee

Delivery fees vary by location and will be confirmed once your order is confirmed.
